2024-2025 Tuition Rates

Tuition is billed monthly, although alternative payment plans may be made upon request. Any student enrolling after September of the current school year will have a prorated tuition payment based on a ten month schedule. There is a non-refundable fee of $80 due to submit an application for admission.

K-4: $6,948

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available for ECS faculty and staff and full-time pastors, those with multiple children enrolled, as well as to families who verify financial need.  Approximately 25% of our students benefit from some level of financial aid.

Our multi child discount is as follows: full tuition for the first child, 7% discount to the second child, 15% discount to the third child, and a 65% discount to the 4th child and beyond.

To be considered for need-based tuition assistance, submit an application to Benevolent Financial Aid Qualification, a third-party financial analyst. All online information is secured with SSL 128-bit encryption. Our school ID number is 52411.  

Please note that all families are expected to pay application, re-enrollment, registration, and any instrument rental fees. Tuition assistance applies to tuition expenses only.  

The tuition assistance process is separate from the admissions process and financial information is never shared with the admissions team. Student(s) must be admitted and enrolled full time for a family to be eligible to receive financial aid.
